Last updated: September 29, 2026
MindMatch exists so people can find care safely. Everyone who uses it agrees not to:
- Misrepresent who you are, your age, or your licenses, credentials or experience.
- List services in a state where you aren't licensed or otherwise authorized to practice.
- Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against anyone, or send sexual content or advances.
- Solicit clients for anything other than legitimate mental health or coaching services, or send spam, advertising or bulk messages.
- Ask for or share passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers in messages.
- Upload photos you don't have rights to, or images of anyone other than yourself or your practice without permission.
- Scrape, copy or harvest profiles or contact details, or access the service with bots or automated tools.
- Try to bypass security, access other accounts, or interfere with the site.
- Use MindMatch for anything illegal, including offering controlled substances without a valid prescribing relationship.
Reporting
If a profile or message breaks these rules, report it through our support form. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
Enforcement
We may remove content, pause listings, suspend or close accounts, and cooperate with licensing boards or law enforcement when we believe it's necessary to protect users.
